Steps -
1. Fill out our Virtual Appointment Form, your stylist will contact you to ask questions to prepare you for the virtual appointment.
2. We will choose either Zoom or Facetime –your stylist will guide you through inventory, style, time line, sizing and narrowing down styles. (up to 45min long)
3. At the end of your virtual appointment – choose up to 5 of your favorite gowns for our “At-Home Try-on service” (We will include a clip kit to help you fit the gowns properly to your body.)
4. Schedule a time to pick up those gowns (curbside pick up option only)
5. Schedule another virtual appointment with your stylist to guide you through the process of trying on and any questions you may have.
Pricing –
• A security deposit of $135 per gown (up to 5 gowns) will be charged to your credit card. Your card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of the store.
• If a dress is purchased, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase. If a second round of dresses are requested, the initial set must be received back before the new set is picked up and the deposit will be held until both sets are returned. Gowns that are not returned during the scheduled drop off will be charged to the card in full.
• If no dress is selected for purchase, all deposits will be refunded except for a $135 non-refundable at home try on fee.
• Time frame: You’ll have 3 days from the time you pick up the dresses to drop them back off.
• All Zoom, Face Time calls and curbside pick-ups are available during our original business hours only.
Additional Information –
If a dress is damaged, a $50 fee will be charged.
If a dress is not returned within the allotted time frame, $50 will be charged per day.
Once gowns are returned to the store they will be left untouched for 24 hours then heat sterilized before becoming available again.

Since you can’t come to us, we will bring the virtual styling appointment to you via Zoom or Face Time. You can schedule a virtual styling appointment to help you find the gown of your dreams! During your virtual styling appointment, your stylist will guide you through our inventory; styles, fit, time line and appropriate sizing.
After your virtual styling appointment, you’ll be able to select up to 5 gowns to try on at home. Gowns will be available for curbside pick up only. Each gown will require a security deposit before the time of pick up. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of the store.
